art guidelines

Receiving artwork in the appropriate format ensures the accurate and fast production of your order. Please review the art guidelines below before submitting your artwork:

1. Artwork must be an Adobe Illustrator file saved as version 10.0 or less and as an encapsulated postscript (.eps) file.

2. All fonts must be converted to outlines. Please indicate the name(s) of font(s).

3. When imprinting in color use Pantone spot colors and please indicate exact PMS color number.

4. Any artwork submitted that does not meet these requirements may delay order and incur art charges.

5. File name must be seven characters or less (PenLogo.eps).
